Returns & Exchanges

Handmade to Order Every collar is handcrafted one at a time specifically for your pet. Because we do not carry "pre-made" stock, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please measure your pet's neck carefully using our Size Guide before ordering.

Size Exchanges (The "Remake" Policy) We want your pet to have a perfect fit! If you find you have ordered the wrong size:

• The Process: We offer a Remake Discount. You may return the unworn, pristine collar to us, and we will build you a brand-new replacement in the correct size.

• The Credit: Upon receipt of the original collar, we will issue a partial credit toward the purchase of the new size.

• The Cost: Because each exchange requires a complete "from-scratch" build, the customer is responsible for the difference in price for the new size, a remake labor fee, and return shipping.

What is NOT Eligible for Exchange:

• Personalized Items: Any collar with an engraved name plate or hardware upgrade (like Fi-tracker links) is Final Sale.

• Worn Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any collar that has been worn, shows signs of hair, or has buckle marks.
